独立行政法人 産業技術総合研究所 東北センター に変わりました。

On April 1, 2001, METI AIST Tohoku National Industrial Research
Institute (TNIRI) started its activity as a new research body,
National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology,
AIST Tohoku.
